Some of you might know that we have been looking for a house to move into for a while. After placing offers on a few short sales, and having them fall apart, we had all but given up. Enter the declining housing market....
We found and incredible deal within our price range (which was a tough one for a 4 BR house in WA), placed an offer and the good Lord smiled on us. In fact the day we made the offer, there was another couple making an offer. I was for sure that we would not get the house again. I am still amazed, the other folks must have really tried to lowball the seller, but long story short we got the house. It is in a good school district and right down the street from a beautiful park. It is good that we are going to be getting on with things, and start a new chapter in our lives. We plan on making the change over the Christmas break. I will keep you posted

So glad to be the first to congratulate you on the new house! A great new start for a new year! We all know how much you all deserve this!! Can't wait to see more pics. now that you are home (at least for a little while)! Love ya little bro!
